Definitions and Interpretations

"Platform" refers to the mibox website accessible at mibox.pro, including all services, features, content, and functions provided through it. "User" or "you" refers to any individual who registers, accesses, or uses the mibox platform. "Account" refers to the account registered by a user on the mibox platform to access the services provided.

"Account Balance" refers to the total funds accumulated in a user's account, including deposited funds, wins, and eligible bonuses. "Bonus" refers to any free credits, free money, free spins, or other added value granted by mibox to users subject to the specified terms and conditions. "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity verification process that every user must complete before making their first withdrawal.

User Account

Your mibox account is for the personal use of the account holder only. You are not permitted to:

• Allowing others to use your account.
• Transferring or selling your account to another party.

Account Termination

Users may close their account at any time by contacting the mibox support team. Prior to closure, users are encouraged to withdraw all eligible balances first. Any remaining balance left in the account after user-requested closure will be processed in accordance with mibox standard procedures.

Mibox reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's account without prior notice under the following circumstances:
